Does it mean they are actually processing Jan and Feb 2012 K1 Files?

Stats just show the number received and processed in the months indicated--these aren't necessarily for the month itself.

Well, I put in Vermont service center for I-130, and I understand receipts are 9,216 and completions are 3,145. I take this as Vermont has completed about 1/3 of the applications for February. I see the all pending at 26,062, I take this as all the prior months applications that still need to be approved, is that correct?

I am assuming they are about 1/2 way through Jan. and 1/3 through Feb.

I was wondering the same ... Or is it just a forecast?

No, it's a statistic to show how many petitions were received, processed and pending each month. However, it can give fairly accurate forecasts. For example, if the service center received 20,000 petitions once month, but only completes 10,000, it indicateds a backlog building up. If they receive less than they complete, it indicates processing times may get shorter.

i think they are still counting it by hands versus running a query on their database. and it also seems that they might not have a database to slipstream all those filings.

But if u put in I-129F, Vermont Service Center and Volume Chart it shows that 2, 129 petitions were received in FEBRUARY and 2,010 completed. So I guess they are almost through Feb? I'm sorry if I still don't get it :D

Good greif I can't believe they took this long. I'm surprised to see that theres almost 2000 january petitions approved though!

Those aren't January petitions, they're any petition approved in January.

But if u put in I-129F, Vermont Service Center and Volume Chart it shows that 2, 129 petitions were received in FEBRUARY and 2,010 completed. So I guess they are almost through Feb? I'm sorry if I still don't get it :Dhttp://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=6&office=6&charttype=2

Not necessarily. It doesn't meant they've approved 2,010 February petitions, it means they approved 2,010 petitions in February.

For example. If you filed your petition in October, and it was approved in February, it would be one of those 2,010.
