my fiancee was pregnant (by me of course) 2 months before we filed for the k-1 visa we stated that in the petition, our son was born in february, and on march 30 we went to the us embassy in monterrey and i made a birth report of abroad and i applied for his american passport, he was approved :) so does he need to be at the appointment? and is this a good proof of our relation taking in mind that we presented a lot of evidence at the monterrey embassy and were approved?

I think the rule is under 16 they do not attend if they need K3. Yes is good proof, but documents should do it in place of your son. As well, since he already have a passport, i assume you do not need the approval K-3 for your son anyway. He is already a citizen and welcome to enter.

Not needed at interview since he' gonna get his US Passport on his own.

It is not a good proof of a relationship, only of a possible "one night stand".....sri but doesn't prove anything except that you are not shooting blanks and she can be fertile.

Your other evidence must tell the story of your relationship.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

I took our son with me, but just because I didn't have no one to look at him at home...

:ot:

He gave me some points with the CO 'cause he was flirting with her (a 4yo go figure!) he made her laugh and tell "Awww so cute", lol

:ot2:

I believe taking your son to the interview won't affect it nor positive or negative, if she prefers she can take him, they will give her a preference treatment also (at least here in Peru, pregnant ladies and with babies get order preferences by law)

Best wishes

A K-3 is a spousal visa a child would not get this visa.

US citizen children do not need to attend the visa interview with the parents.
