Also - I didn't see anywhere that they got denied...so...i wouldn't speculate

I am soo gonna speculate! they been to far to RAT AZZ out.

I think they got denied and wont appeal.. I think they should if they want it.

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

I was just reading a thread the other day about wondering whether to just move to your SO's country. I understand this process is so daunting and that these thoughts have popped into my head. Probably many other people's as well. Sometimes it's about work, sometimes the process is too slow...

either way, the bottom line is that you love each other, and want to be together forever. You're going to be living your dream sooner than later. Take care of each other, and know you'll be missed here.

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Luz and I have made a decision. Due to things that I would rather not get into we have decided to stop trying for her visa. I am going to give up my job and move there. Luz is starting right now to find me work there. I thank you all for your support and friendship. This will be the last day I will be on VJ. Good luck to you all.

I am much the same way Luz. Frankly, with all the chaos of this and no end in sight, I may be moving to Cebu myself with my sweety. I've almost given up on the visa process and USofPay entierly as I can't stand being away from her any longer. They have until December, and I will be moving there.

What happened to your visa??? I remember you getting approved awhile ago. Did it not get forwarded to the Manila Embassy?

:thumbs: I wonder about this myself..

NOA 2 ....then a touch....

then a Sudden... we give up - leaving Vj stuff.. I SMELL A RAT... :huh:

the case was about to head to NVC and you RAT AZZZ out..
