No, Massachusetts. It's 34 right now and it never went over 55 during the day.

A cloche, even one made from a 2L bottle, means that you can start growing lettuce, today! If I could figure where I put my lettuce seeds, I'd be up and running...errr....hobbling, in no time. No need to build raised beds and a big cloche, a small one will do just fine.good.gif

Oh OK. It has been in the 80's where I live. 90 today in south Texas near Brownsville. Need to move the heat up your way.star_smile.gif

Just checked the weather and this weekend is supposed to rain again. It has rained so much that I am almost hoping for the drought to return.

Great banana growing weather!!!!! Frangipanis love it,too! 90F and high humidity. good.gifgood.gifgood.gif Do you plan on planting a jasmine or two? Gotta go with the stinky stuff, instant air freshener, who doesn't like the smell of jasmine or lilac? It's always a good time to crank up the Flower Power. good.gifgood.gifgood.gif

I won't be having bananas. I don't even like bananas. If my wife wants them she can go to the market and buy them. As for flowers my wife chooses the ones she wants and I plant them. The roses are the only thing I can get and have a say so on. When I get my next house I will have a garden and plant what I want along with what my wife wants.
