The muslim is an idiot... illegal to insult Mohammed? Probably forgot what country he was in. this is one of the issues people have with immigrants. Immigrants coming and ignoring the rules of the country they're in and instead following those of the country they left.

I don't condone the atheist insulting other religions, that isn't very nice, but there's this thing called "freedom of speech". That doesn't give the muslim guy the right to physically assault the atheist and the judge was a moron for letting him get away with assault simply because his faith was insulted. Ridiculous ruling. It doesn't matter if the atheist is anti-muslim, has nothing to do with the case at hand because the muslim didn't KNOW all these others "facts" about the atheist being anti-muslim at the time of the assault. They have nothing to do with the muslim deciding he didn't agree with what the athiest was saying at that moment in time and attacking him. Crazy.

How can an antitheist have any rights in a country where all those rights were endowed by an Entity the vary idea of which he wants to remove from human consciousness? I didn't watch the video, but I hope the godless heathen got his balls handed to him in a ziplock bag, so that he never breeds.
