It means their will be no official State religion, for instance, like the Church of England. However, the individual states are permitted to do so, and did at one time. The Constitution, in the First Amendment, prohibits the Federal government from preventing anyone from freely practicing their religion. There is no such prohibition against the states, however, in the First Amendment. Or, such was the case, until the middle of the 20th century, when FDR's appointments to the Federal Courts began the secularizing of America (like good little communists).

i doubt that. the judge saved the community money. no actual footage of the confrontation, just cell footage shot by the other dbag trying to upset people. one's word against the others. good luck finding a jury to convict. chalk it up as 'don't start none, won't be none' moment.

The muslim is an idiot... illegal to insult Mohammed? Probably forgot what country he was in. this is one of the issues people have with immigrants. Immigrants coming and ignoring the rules of the country they're in and instead following those of the country they left.
