NOA2! Wow that was fast.. 2 weeks! im speechless! I want to thank you all for your help and advise, you are all a big help.

:huh: 2 weeks and you get approval and you can't believe it? Gee, you're at VSC and not at CSC, duh. Haven't you noticed that some folks over at CSC are still waiting with over 160 days in and still no approval? Nothing personal against you. Yeah, yippee, congrats. But why would you even post your "excitement" knowing there are so many at CSC still waiting? Seems like a poke in their eyeball. Sorry, just my humble opinion. Like I said, nothing personal. :blink:

an approval is still an approval....no matter how fast or how long it takes....its still a great reason to celebrate!!! Congrats!!!

2-14-2006- Engaged on a snowy night in Kiev

2-19-2006- Filed I129F

2-23-2006- NOA1 generated-REJECTED- (they said no fee attached, but I sent THE SAME CHECK back)

3-13-2006- NOA1 generated, reciept date of application

6-2-2006- (Sasha's bday) Transferred to CSC

6-14-2006- Recieved at CSC

6-23-2006- RFE generated IMBRA

6-30-2006-RFE recieved and returned by me.

7-8-2006-RFE recieved by CSC

7-11-2006-"touched" I just figured this out!!! ;)

Again, thanks for all the congrats everyone :)

It makes you wonder why Vermont is so fast and others are so slow doesnt it? Is there a particular reason for this? Is there a much higher volume of cases taken by the other service centers? In reading everyones experiences, it seems like the other centers seem pickier too. RFEs for evidence after alot was already supplied, etc..

Jasal, why the sour grapes? someone seems especially cranky today.. Sorry but its an exciting milestone for me and all the others that have gotten approved. Its not some sort of competition to see who gets approved first, its out of our hands. I am happy for everyone that reaches sigificant milestones on their visa journey and everyone else on this board appears to feel the same way. Theres no need for resentment. Im well aware that Vermont is the fastest, but that doesnt mean I cant be excited.

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!
