Joy,

When NVC transfer i-129f applications to the embassy, do they include G-325A also with that?

My understanding is that the entire I-129F package that the petitioner originally sent is rearranged/repackaged and then forwarded along to the embassy. So, as long as there were G-325As in your original package, they will be sent to the embassy. (Although you should bring extra copies of everything to the interview in case anything has gotten mislaid along the way.)

Holy moly! Congrats and congrats! :-)

That gives me some hope that it's coming sometime this year and I'll ignore that pesky timeline that keeps pushing itself back! And he just decided to be here for my birthday visa or not so yippee! At least I know for sure when the next time I'm seeing him is - we were waiting for the approval so that was up in the air. But I am much more calm and rational when I know how long I have to go...

Keep 'em coming!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

We last saw each other January 9 as well. (Well, technically: my plane left around 12:40am on January 9, and so it was probably before midnight that we said our farewells.) I'm kind of going nuts here not knowing when we'll see each other again. Of course, the best way to make the NOA2 come ASAP would probably be to spend thousands on an extra trip out of desperation! With the way these things go, it would probably arrive while I was gone. And then I'd have no vacation time left to go for the interview, which would be just perfect. :crying:

wow. they really must have lost them. I would be really disappointed to receive an RFE for something that I obviously included. At least it's behind you now. This process sure is crazy. never seen anything like it. haha. If anyone is curious, VSC is reporting 1/09 right now..Won't let any service requests through for petitions after that date..And I actually had a helpful CSR..a miracle.

Is anyone prepping their documents for the next round of paperwork while we wait (not so patiently)?

Tom requested his IRS transcripts (for the third time) today, since they still hadn't come through yet... (Is it just the free transcripts, or does he have to get the 1040 form too? I'm clueless as to the different types of tax forms that the US uses)

I thought about maybe going for my police clearance, but I don't want to get it done too early...

I'm pretty sure I'm up-to-date on all my immunizations (I had my doc check last time I saw her, earlier this year)

Anyone else thinking of this stuff yet?

(Or, making more fun plans... for the upcoming nuptials?) :)

I have all the paperwork ready for the next step all we are missing is my fiance criminal background check. For the i134 you need to submit bank statement date opened, total amount deposited and balance; employment letter with date hired salary and if the position permanent or temp. The 1040 is need for the i864 and u can include the 1040 or the tax transcript. In some countries this form is only necessary for the aos not for thr k1 interview.

Have my IRS transcript and letter from employer ready to go. Just need to fill out i-134, redo letter of intent, get the NOA2 and send it on its way! He's got his medical records, birth certificate and just waiting on his police certificate - the UK one is good for a year so we should be covered.

Wedding plans? Nada... We've picked out rings and know we want something really small and simple - no white dress and tux. If we had it our way, we'd just hit Vegas but my kiddos might object... Hopefully something at my sis's house the week of Thanksgiving. My first wedding, I spent 15 months planning every detail of that one day - this time I'm putting all my focus on what comes after the ceremony instead. That's more important in the long run (easy to say as I've already donned the big white dress and danced to a cheesy DJ :P )

How are your plans coming along?
