USPS just sent me a mail that my papers already at the VSC accept/signed by D.Renaud so expecting Noa1 this week =) but I'm from overseas so hard copy will be here by next week I guess =) just being positive :yes:

Hey Folks,

I think I will be a March Filer. I will send forms in next week and now preparing to collect all papers. Please check for me - :

- copy of conditional green card front and back

- copy of USC and spouse's driver's license front and back, spouse's social security card

- copy of USC and spouse's health insurance cards

- copy of 2010 joint tax return (2 pages) showing filed jointly

- copy of child's birth certificate

- affidivits of two persons

Are they enough to file?

Why did you cancel the joint bank account? I'm not expert, but from what I've read, having a joint bank account is one of the main things they look for. If you don't have one, I'd include a written explanation of why. For example, my husband and I both get health insurance from our respective employers. We don't have a family plan because my job charges a $160 surcharge a MONTH if you cover your spouse, but they also qualify for insurance at their company. And I didn't want to go to his insurance, because mine's better. Probably in our case, because we have so many other things as evidence, this won't matter, but I do plan on typing up and signing a brief explanation as to why we do not have the same health insurance and therefore are not including health insurance cards as evidence!

I received my Biometrics appointment from VSC for 04/02/12 but I went ahead on 03/15/12 and got it done. I am glad I could do that, since I had a holiday on the 15th.

- copy of USC's retirement plan beneficiary as spouse.

- pictures of family and with in-laws.

We have a lot of thing to solve, she bought a house under she and her relatives' names before I came here. So we face together to solve the mortgage. So money was gone through by cash. The joint bank account is the only one we missed. I want more advices.
