I am beginning to gather all of the items and evidence of Matrimony for my March 2012 filing.

On January 30th, Leidys and I received a, "NOTICE OF REQUIREMENT TO FILE JOINT PETITION - ROC"

Our deadline is May 24, 2012 - But, I plan to mail the packet next month. Anyone else out there with plans on starting their Removal of Conditions next month?

We are filing in March as well. Our 90 days opens on March 24th.

I haven't received a notice of requirement to file, but then again I hear that most people don't!

We'll be filing through the VSC.

No worries. The more information, the better. BTW, I came across this post that made me realize how straightforward our packets should be without too much, "Fluff".

Do we need the tax transcripts? Aren't our returns enough??
