Hi my visajourny peeps!

Finally the day that we have been waiting for is just around the corner. My sweetheart fiancee is having her third interview (after getting denied twice before) on February 14, 2012 (valentine's day). She is extremely ready for the interview but nervous. I am not getting enough sleep because of an overwhelming amount of stresses that I am going through. In less than 30 hrs from now, we will hear the outcome of the interview. Please wish my love and I luck and pray for us. We were really hurt before twice and I don't want to be hurt anymore. I believe we have everything that they require.

I will come back and update you guys with the result within the next 40 hrs. Stay tuned!

Dec. 10/04... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport stamped)

Sept. 9/06... I-751 sent to NSC

May 15/07... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Sept. 13/07... N-400 sent to NSC

Aug. 21/08... Interview - PASSED!!!!

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Feb. 22/06... AOS Interview - APPROVED!!!!! (Passport NOT stamped)

Dec. 4/07... I-751 sent to NSC

May 23/08... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Mar. 22/11.... N-400 sent to AZ

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony

I have to mention that I feel you dropped a bomb on me and ran!!!! Tis is her 3rd interview? You have no timeline? Were the other 2 for tourist visas? Is this the finace visa interview? Why was she denied before? Or is this truly a 3rd interview request on the same petition without denial?

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

Some where in early december 2011, I explained my whole story here to VJ members. But to make it short, yes this is her third interview of K1 visa. Please read my post in december for further info. Thank you for all wishing luck.

Hey VJ peeps!

Good news...my fiancee has just been approved today for K1 visa @ethiopian Embassy. The interview went pretty satisfactory. I am extremely happy. Thanks everyone for the help u provided and I wish everybody a good luck in your visa journey endeavors.

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

12 JAN 2012: NOA1 via E-mail

17 JAN 2012: Mil. Expedite Request Sent to CSC

19 JAN 2012: NOA1 Hard Copy

25 JAN 2012: Call USCIS to ask if file is at CSC yet, was informed of an email requesting documents that I never received

25 JAN 2012: Response for 'Typographical Error' in the email from the 20th(no wonder I didnt get it)

25 JAN 2012: Documents requested sent back to Case Officer

30 JAN 2012: NOA2 Hard Copy Via Snail Mail

NVC

30 JAN 2012: I-129F Packet Arrives

31 JAN 2012: Case forwarded to Embassy
