When you guys submitted your application did u submit a evidence of a bona fide marriage?

Or only it does require at the time of interview?

You need to supply when you file your petition. Read the instructions as to what to supply. Use the guides. You will need to show proof again if you are called for an interview.

Unless you are adjusting from a K-1 you need to submit some form of proof with your application. You don't need to send it all, though. We sent one bank statement and our daughter's birth certificate.

Evidence of bonafide marriage is always a MUST,especially if you are applying on a different visa other than the CR or K1. I always suggest send this proves in with your application when sending the initial package in, how-ever if you don't have enough during initial stage,start gathering all you could before you go in for interview. The IO would need you to prove that your marriage is bonafide with co-mingling proofs such as " Gas bills,Water bills,Health insurance, lease agreement,bank statement ...Or any thing that shows both your names on it. I am adjusting from a B1/2 visa and we sent in proof of a bona fide marriage. We sent in a few photos, bank account statement, and 3 notarized affidavits. So far no bad news to report. We'll also be bringing that proof along with more to our interview.

We included it, per the instructions here on VJ. We sent it a copy of our lease, bank statements from joint bank account, copy of credit cards on the same account (the statements comes only in my name), copy of our Costco membership, a few pictures, copies of some correspondence addressed jointly to us, and three affidavits from friends.
