Calm down, my friend. This really isn't that big a deal. You just need to re-do the form in quadruplicate--making sure to sign EVERY PAGE. If you fill out the PDF fillable version of the form online, you actually only have to complete one page and it will print out the other pages for you--already filled in. Then just sign them all. It's a happy thing. :)

Probably best to get on this now, since it will probably take a while to send the forms to your SO for signatures. Don't send the forms until you actually get an RFE in the mail, though. otherwise you may create more confusion than anything.

Again, though, once you've completed and SIGNED every one of the four pages and have received the RFE, send the form back, writing on red ink on the outside of the envelope that it's an RFE response. Seems to me you should write your case number on the outside of the envelope, too. Someone else here can verify that for you, I'm sure. William33 is great with this stuff. :)

Breathe easy. All will be well. This has happened to many, many people.

You have to submit two complete G-325As, one for the USC, and one for the beneficiary. 4 pages each, signed on each page, and eight pages total. Get that, and send it back! No biggie.

People have had success (anecdotally) with writing RFE and the case number on the front of the envelope.

It's also possible that someone at USCIS will take pity on you and just copy the G-325As. You never know. Unless you only sent yours or your SOs, in which case you will definitely be getting an RFE. You do, as Caladan said, need a quadruplicate copy of the G-325A for the USC (United States Citizen) and another quadruplicate copy for the beneficiary. ;)

There are 4 pages in G325A form for each person,so totally 8pages.As I know, these 4 pages will go to different department. If you read carefully, you will see there were small differences.Just redo the form for both of you.Sign 4 pages with original signature.Your fiance should do the same thing.Don't try to copy signature, that's a risk.Good luck.

I sent only one page for each of us, so far, no RFE, but you must have at least one page for each of you, and although they toss 3 pages, should send in all 4.

When you go online, you fill out the first form, and all 4 come out typed and ready to sign. I would suggest you do that, and sign each page. Have your fiance do the same.

If you had only turned in a single page for each of you, you may or may not get through fine. Some do, some don't, I am hoping that we do!

Good luck!

Hi ready4ONE,

When USCIS opened your Original Petition in August, they verified that named documents existed. They probably did not count if there are 4 pages of G-325A for each of you. USCIS Nebraska probably has not officially started the adjucating process of your petition. When they start processing your case, you will more than likely receive a RFE for the missing documents. Just a heads-up!

The William33 party line on RFE's:

Getting an RFE is not the greatest thing to happen, however, from this point it can speed up your approval.

When you get the RFE, turn it around as fast as possible.

When you send the RFE evidence back, send it USPS Express ($14 and change).

On the front and back of the USPS provided document Envelope, write the following: ATTN:RFE in red marker.

This is the information on the RFE envelope supplied by CSC.

You may want to write your case number on the envelope, as well.

It will then move through CSC very fast!

My approval was 2 days after CSC receipt. Good luck to you.

From what you have written you sumbitted only one page of the G-325A signed by both of you. Who's information was included on the form? Pointless photocopying as information on both the petitioner and beneficary is required.

What you should have in preperation for an RFE....

USC Petitioner - G-325A (comprised of 4 pages) containing the petitioners information and signed by the petitioner

Benificiary - G-325A (comprised of 4 pages) containing the beneficiary's information and signed by the beneficiary.

Each is the applicant for their own G-325A.

All the best to you

Lorelle
