omg!!!! 127 days since i turned in my papers for my finace and i still havent heard a single thing!!!

have any july filers gotten there approval!!

i just in encouraging words!! i becoming very upset and inpatient!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

i just want this nightmare to be over and for my fiance, our daughter and me to be together as 1!

CSC is currently backlogged. Looks like they're working on June/July right now. I noticed some mid-July filers getting theirs from CSC, but there are few. I'm with you. I'm hoping and praying to receive ours before Christmas at this point. What a nice Christmas gift that would be. lol.

I totally understand. Our NOA1 is July 19th. We wait and wait. Hopefully we will hear before Christmas as well, but I count on nothing in this process.

Me too.

My NOA-1 is July 15. 140 days since then. I truly hope to get NOA-2 this week. If so, it's possible to get my Fresy here for Christmas.

thanks guys!! It would be very amazing i must say if i get it for christmas or before christmas actually cause im be in mexico with my fiance for the holidays and a little bit in january to spend our daughters first bday together since he wasnt here for her birth

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Ill be in mexico too, to visit my fiance for the holidays!!!

and i feel your pain.. day ...103... i think since our noa1. my fiance asks me all the time how much longer it;s going to be. I have told him some of the stories/ timelines from couples on visajourney... some encouraging, some depressing.

we can only be patient- and go to mexico for the (warm) holidays!! have a beautiful, enjoyable, and safe trip!!!

Hoping you'll get approved soon. We waited 180 days. Hopefully USCIS will spit out a NOA2 for you before christmas.

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

July filer too..July 13 but we got approved last Nov.22 :dance: dnt lose your faith maybe soon u got it :thumbs:

Don't fret too much guys.. at least there is movement on the K1s.. there's been no significant reported movement on CR/IR1s out of CSC since June :(

Feb2011 - Trip Four. Spring Festival, Lucky Money all around :D

April2011 - Trip Five... Going to the chapel...

8February2012 - 27February Massive delay caused by sending the EP OPTIN email too soon :(

28February2012 - AOS Fee Paid

29February2012 - AOS Fee shows paid, AOS Package sent in

5March2012 - IV Fee shows paid (paid on 3March), IV (DS-230) Package sent in

6March2012 - AOS Rejected due to minor error, corrected version emailed in

8March2012 - Email received indicating AOS correction and DS-230 review in process

9March2012 - Case Complete Email - END NVC PROCESS

15March2012 - Interview Scheduled: 18April2012 (Document turn-in: 17April2012)
