The letter said to bring a copy of my medical sealed in an envelope with vaccination records and i 693 forum, unless already submitted?? I did a medical during the K1 process does that classify as already submitted? or do I need to go get another medical? I do have my vacination records.

the K1 medical you did, assuming it's less than a year old, is ok, but you still need to have a civil surgeon fill out the i=693 form to so he can "update" the uscis on your vaccinations being complete (or have you complete it) before doing so. bring your records and the form to a civil surgeon (and money too just in case he says you need additional shots).

if you already submitted the i864 with your aos application, bring a copy to the interview if you made one (i say better sure than risk delay) =)

Were you up to date at the time of the K1, or are you up to date now (as in you've done more shots since). If you were up to date at the time of the K1 medical then just send the DS-3025.

yes because the information on your Canada medical forms needs to be transferred to the 693 form and signed by a US civil surgeon, as an official confirmation that you have indeed completed all required vaccinations =). fortunately, if your medical is less than a yr old, only the i693A needs to be filled out by the civil surgeon =)

WRONG! Firstly, if the DS-3025 is complete then no I-693 is required. Secondly, there is no such thing as an I-693A any more and hasn't been since before I AOSd in 2009.

Ok I'm totally confused, all my shots were up to date at the time of my k1 interview and it has been less then a yr. What do I need to bring to the AOS interview?

A copy of everything you've submitted (in case they've lost something) and relationship evidence. That's it.

No. You do not need an I-693 now. Take a copy of your DS-3025 and everything else you sent in for AOS. They might not ask to see any of it at the interview, but it is best to have it just in case. Bring originals and an extra copy of all the important docs you sent in, like the marriage and birth certificates, etc. Sometimes they want to see originals and you should have a copy they can keep. Yes, I know, even of the stuff they should already have a copy of. The USCIS is known for their redundant style. :P

DS-3025 is what again?

The immunisation record you should have received a copy of from your panel physician when you did the medical for the K1

I just checked the envelope I got from my k1 medical and it has my vaccination record plus I have one from my original dr. Although none of them say that they are this forum ds 3025??? The one in the envelope says " vaccination documentation medical worksheet two" ?? So nervous interview is tues. Will this be good enough?

The DS-3025 is the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet. I am not sure exactly what forms they give you in Canada, but that should be it. Just bring a copy of that and everything else from your medical envelope. If you had all the required vaccinations, you should be good to go and they may not even ask you for anything pertaining to your medical. Just have the copies on hand just in case. Good luck!

Just to throw this out there, because it seems to be a never-ending debate...

We only included the DS-3025 (which was less than 1 year old at time of filing) with my wife's AOS packet. It was marked, "Incomplete, may be eligible for a blanket waiver". We did not get them transcribed by a Civil Surgeon, she did not need any additional vaccines and her AOS from K-1 was approved without receiving an RFE of any kind.

That said, if they already have it from POE, you don't need to bring it to the interview. You don't even have it (the medical itself). It would be worthwhile to bring a copy of the DS-3025 or, if you did send them a transcribed I-693, a copy of that because they ask that you have copies of everything submitted to USCIS...

Odds are great that it won't even be brought up.
