FWIW they also cleared out City Hall Park in Burlington VT of the 26 tents and approx. 60 "campers" for the same situation, no camping allowed. There were maybe a half dozen people there today with signs, I suspect they will be gone tomorrow.

I heard there was some finger pointing and and tongue wagging involved. All gone now.

Freedom of speech does not require camping.
