Am a new member, please can someone answer dis questions for me, can a green card holder do affidavit of support for somebody? they have sent NOA, what are the things l need the my interview?

The petitioner has to be a US citizen, I would not think there is any restriction of Green Card holder to co-sponsor but somebody back me up on that.

Check the guides link on top of the page but in general for your interview you will need birth, divorce certificates, translations, police reports from all places you lived at for 6 months while age 16 or over, medical exam. Check your embassy for the specific forms you need to fill out.

I think the answer is yes, based on the form itself. Look at the affidavit here. Question #1, d or e appears to allow a lawful resident to fill out the affidavit. No guarantee of success though. Facts and circumstances tend to dictate in each case.

You were not really exactly clear on what the situation is, but yes... a co-sponsor for an affidavit of support can be a US citizen or a legal permanent resident.
