Would be a reason for denial or AP?

My fiance and I have a 3yr old child, due to lack of time, we didn't get his CRBA (mi fiance after I got pregnant found a job that doesn't allow him to take much leaves, although he's been around here, never with the good timing to make all the paperwork)

Now we put his name in the I-129F since you need to list all the kids... but what would happen at the interview? Is this a reason for me to get a denial? or they would just won't gave him a k-2 ?? I'm kinda worry over here. My fiance schedule for this year is all full of work, and he's unable to come and do the paperwork? What are our options?? Please help, any advise....

A child with a claim to US citizenship will not be issued a visa. In order for your child to be able to travel to the US it will need a US passport.

No, that would not be cause for a denial.

It's not a cause for denial, but it may cause delays; many US embassies won't issue a visa to the mother until the USC child's CRBA has been done.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If your child qualifies for CBRA try to get it underway now so it doesnt' delay things down the road.

We are trying, trust me. But my fiance's schedules at work won't let him try to get a leave for more than one week. And here in Lima, you need at least 2 or 3 weeks. In order to get the paperwork and the appointment for the interview, we found out this the last time my hubby-to be was here on February just for one week

It's up to the consular officer. My friend's fiance interviewed for her K1 a few weeks before they were scheduled to go in for the CRBA appointment. The CO gave her a blue slip and told her to come back when the CRBA was finished. She came back about six weeks later with the baby's US passport and CRBA and they gave her a pink slip and approved her K1 visa.

You could certainly explain the situation to the consular officer. I'm not sure how they'd feel about a child with an unprocessed claim to US citizenship being left in the country while both biological parents are in the US. I've never heard of anyone with a similar situation, so I don't know what they'd do.

Yeah, I'm not so happy with that idea either, but he will be in very good and experienced hands. He will be staying with my parents just for one month, 'cause we're planning on me getting there by November, get married, and then my hubby will return to Peru to do all the paperwork, when he get some "vacation time" before Christmas...

You must have the CRBA for your child to travel. Does not take too long I hear. Just make an effort to get it done. Your fiance can help too.

My fiance can't come for the moment and spend 3 or 4 weeks here due to work. And I don't know if by myself (not USC) can go to the USEM and request the forms to be filled out. And we're positive, they will request a DNA test, so there is another waiting for my fiance and he can't afford losing a job now (I guess any can afford that nowadays  ) so he can't do that at the moment, we really don't know what to do
