I am trying to comprehend what you are trying to say but K1 is not for married couple. Better write a letter to USCIS to withdraw your case and apply for IR-1 which is an application suitable for you and your spouse.

You need to apply for CR-1 as you are married. And it takes at least a year. Be preparped to show evidence of relionship )emails, visits, phone calls, chats, marriage and honeymoon, family support, how you met, etc) Good luck with this. I have been 16 months from application to interview.

Then that would be considered FRAUD and the posibility of a 10 year ban on her Visa ever happening. Your idea will not work. In addition VJ is a Public Forum and whatever you write here USCIS can see if they want. Cancel the petition NOW and follow advice.

Is your marriage legal? Signed papers with government? Or just spiritual marriage? You said you were approved already with NOA2?

Your visa is not approved, the petition is. It is true that you cannot change it now, you will need to start again with a CR-1 spousal visa. You MUST stop the K1 process now, otherwise you can be accused of miss-representation which carries up to a lifetime ban (because you will have indicated on the forms that you are not married/ free to marry, and sent a cover latter stating so, which is not true (anymore).

These are good questions... Best Answered by a Morocco Member. My understanding is an Engagement Celebration is OK but not a Spritual Event but unsure of Morocco's Culture. So now I'm at a loss as well.

You are wrong, it is not too late

You prevent ANY misrepresentation (and to have a married woman travel on a K-1 is misrepresentation...oh and married is married, you cannot re-marry in the US and pretend like nothing happened) you need to withdraw your petition. You need to start again

You keep saying you are cnofused, this is a very simple problem with a very simple solution...you just dont' like what you are hearing. Withdraw the petition and start again

Misrepresentation carries a lifetime ban from the US, you want this for your wife?

Good luck

yes thanks all so I will go my way with K1 it's too late to change it right now

Reread your post, it is not too late

When was your interview? When did you marry?

This is important, if your wife did not already misrepresent herself it is certainly NOT TOO LATE to fix this mess

Good luck
