I received my NOAs for AOS, EAD, and AP on June 25th and have not heard anything since, no biometric appointment, no updates on our case on the USCIS website. I see the July filers are now starting to get their biometric appointment letters. I am mostly concerned with getting the EAD approved. The website for my local office says it does not service EAD applications, this is done at the service centers or the national benefits center. In that case is it not a first come, first serve kind of processing method? Does anyone know if there is a way for me to contact the service center or national benefits center to check on our application? Are there other June filers who are also waiting on their biometric letter? Any info anyone has is greatly appreciated!

Biometrics are done at local offices and scheduled based on their availability dates. Your office might be very busy, that's why it is taking so long for them to schedule your appointment. First come first serve doesn't apply here as some offices are busier than others. However, if it has been 30 days since date on your NOA, you can call USCIS and they will put in a service request.

EAD is processed at National Benefits Center and is usually approved within 60-90 days.

My Immigration Journey:

K1: June 2010 - December 2010

AOS: April 2011 - June 2011

ROC: April 2013 - August 2013

Naturalization: March 2014 - August 2014

Got an email notification today stating my interview has been set for August 24th! So exciting! Nothing on EAD but it will probably come within the same time frame!

Love*os and LinabFrank, dont stress about your biometrics! trust me they are coming :) Mine came about one month after filing so I am sure you will be getting yours in the next week! I didnt get any email notification about my biometrics just had to wait for it to come in the mail, so I know how you feel.

I was expecting interview in September sometime, this is great news!! Guess you were right MrsAllen...make sure you keeps me up to tabs as to how your interview goes :)

Just received TEXT/EMAIL messages for Interview Appointment 8/22/2011. Today is my birthday! Wonderful gift!!!

yes it is....my interview is todays before my birthday!!i hope i get a good gift from uscis...lol

We are in the same boat. We filled June 17th and recieved NOA dated June 22nd. No bio letter yet.

Wow! Congratulations!!! All that effort and time is finally coming to fruition -- be happy and enjoy your moment! (but yeah, don't get too excited until you get that GC in your hands. Just in case Karma thing... ) But no, congrats!!!
