Hang in there. I had long wait like you. This whole process just sucks!

Thanks!

I see you had about a month wait too. Also, I see in your sig (and other's) that you specify a "NOA Date" in addition to the NOA "Hardcopy date" --- is what is the difference? Is the NOA date just what is printed on the actual NOA? Or do you log in somewhere to actually see if the NOA was issued (before getting anything in the mail)?

And now we are being transferred to the local office.

I guess that means we will be having an interview?

Did email say that your I-485 has been transferred and is now being processed at USCIS office? If so, then that means that CSC has received your case (USCIS office = CSC, not a local office). Confuses a lot of people.

My Immigration Journey:

K1: June 2010 - December 2010

AOS: April 2011 - June 2011

ROC: April 2013 - August 2013

Naturalization: March 2014 - August 2014

Thanks for the advice? It says exactly what you are saying so I guess it is all good then :-)

Thanks again

June File'ers here! Sent 6/14/2011, package delivered 6/16/2011, 7/13/2011 still waiting for NOA

Finally! NOA1's arrived last Saturday! That took right around 1 month -- not sure if there were any specific reasons why, the only thing I can think of that we may be different from others is that we also filed an I131 App for travel doc.

I'll update my sig a little later today.

I received my NOAs for AOS, EAD, and AP on June 25th and have not heard anything since, no biometric appointment, no updates on our case on the USCIS website. I see the July filers are now starting to get their biometric appointment letters. I am mostly concerned with getting the EAD approved. The website for my local office says it does not service EAD applications, this is done at the service centers or the national benefits center. In that case is it not a first come, first serve kind of processing method? Does anyone know if there is a way for me to contact the service center or national benefits center to check on our application? Are there other June filers who are also waiting on their biometric letter? Any info anyone has is greatly appreciated!

I received My NOA in the mail On July 5th(dated June 27th) and I do not have my Bio letter neither nor updates, kinda getting impatient,I know how you feel, and I'm also waiting for the EAD to to get things done.

Anyways I think you should try to contact the customer service number that they give on the case status(1-800-375-5283).My husband will be calling them on the 5th if the letter has not arrived by then.

Which office you application is being processed at? where is you local office?
