I am in the process of petitioning my parents (I am USC), I am not sure if the I-693 should be submitted with their I-485 or if we have to wait for them to ask for it?

Some people say send it all together, others tell me to wait until they ask for the form... im a little bit confused, thanks for any help on this.

P.S. my parents visa has already expired

if your parents are here, then you submit a AOS packet for each one of them. everything goes together.

they entered with a visitor visa and overstayed, right?

Yes, they overstayed. So we get the medical exam and fill out form I-693 and send together with the I-485 right?

That area is usually reserved for children and spouses as the process is different for those compared to family members but it's not noted so whatever!
