We hit 6 months on the 21st. No respose to a service request yet. No reply from my senators. I didn't really expect to hear from my senators since they are constatly railing about illegal imigrants and think everybody should stay out of the US that wasn't born here.

Just have to wait.

I am over six months and have filed numerous requests, even more inquiries with my state reps and still nothing. No touches, no word other than the calling center drones who always give different information. Hoping for any day now, making plan B preparations just in case...good luck to all!

09/21/10 - I-129F Sent!

09/23/10 - I-129F Received in Dallas, TX

09/28/10 - Text & E-mail NOA1 (It was at 12:44AM, weird) Notification that our case was transferred to VSC.

09/29/10 - Check cashed

09/30/10 - NOA-1 Hard Copy dated Sep. 27, 2010

10/03/10 - TOUCH!

After numerous calls to USCIS, my two Texas Senators and a Congressman, the latter got an "expedite" put through (if you can call a month and a week after ONPT an expedite). Just never let up! Even though mine took way too long, there were people who were a month before me and waited longer because they just sat back and watched. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease!"

03/31/11 - NOA-2!

04/05/11 - Received NOA-2 hard copy.

04/07/11 - NVC Received

04/12/11 - Case left NVC via DHL

04/14/11 - Consulate Received Hard Copy of Case

Hi to everybody:

in the next 2 days we are going to get to the 6 months waiting, and I was wondering who else has been waiting for that long and what is their experience and who has got their NOA2 after the 6 months timeframe.

Good Luck on everybody I hope all of us we get news soon

XOXO

Javi and Craig

Hang in there - it'll be soon! We waited 191 days. On Day 189 I officially LOST IT and cried most of day. I felt like I was going to be in limbo forever! But by the end of the week I was approved. You never know what's waiting around the corner for you! Keep the faith.

I'm right there with ya! in 2 days we should hit the 6 month mark as well

What can you do! ( said sarcastically ) I called when I hit the 5 month mark and they put in a service request to which I got the usual reply, which said

" An additional 30 days must be allowed for adjudicative review and processing before we can request expeditious processing based on an ONPT request. If the petition is still pending after 30 days, and once we receive your formal request for expeditious processing, your case will be forwarded to the applicable adjudicative unit for expeditious handling."

So here in a couple more days I hope to put in a request for expeditious processing but if luck has it they probably will have processed it by the time they get the request for expeditious processing

I am also in the same boat... Completed 6 months and 8 days today... No NOA2 as yet...

I called USCIS 11 days back. They said they are working on 11th sep date and we should get some reply within next 10 days. Or if we dont hear anything within 10 days then call back USCIS for the update.

I called USCIS again yesterday. The lady told me that they are still working on 11th sep date.

I dont know why they have stuck on 11th sep only....

I wanna ask you guys - Since my fiance (petitioner) lives far away from Texas so she cant go to their US office. So, if i (benefeciary from india) go to the US embassy in india for the update, will they entertain me??? Will tell me status of my application??? I dont think they will, but still i am asking your vews in this regard....

wow, I feel it for all of you. They must be bombarded with petitions or maybe our government is on furlough. The info I received is it is averaging 6-8 months for a fiancee visa. Good luck to you all and hang in there. I know it is very hard...

THE NARROW ROAD IS COMING TO A END! WISH US LUCK ON 2-20-2009! I AM HAPPY BUT NERVOUS. NERVES ARE SHATTERING!

My fiancee passed her interview along with her daughter on 2-20-2009 Friday, and it is a great load off our shoulders. Our journey is still ongoing, but marriage and happiness is surely near. It was all worth it and good luck to all of you out their.

We are waiting for the Visa to be mailed to us by Air21 and should get it in a few days. Happiness is one of the greatest virtues in life, so with this life enjoy it to the upmost!!!!!

We are in our 6months and 5days (185days) since we received our NOA1. My fiance called them last March 25 and they said to wait another 13days since they are processing Sep. 11. If we won't receive any feedback by then we have to call them back as what they said. Is that all they can say to call back? We have been waiting for so long... :crying:
