We are in our 6months and 5days (185days) since we received our NOA1. My fiance called them last March 25 and they said to wait another 13days since they are processing Sep. 11. If we won't receive any feedback by then we have to call them back as what they said. Is that all they can say to call back? We have been waiting for so long... :crying:

For those of you that say 6 months gets you a service request that is not true anymore- VSC is not allowing Service requests to be submitted unless they are processing at or after the date they received your submission. I was allowed a service request Friday, as I was told that they were now processing after 16 Sept...little surprised they are still telling folks they are on 11 Sept as of yesterday. I called Friday after COB Vermont time and had success after being told the day before to call back a week later. I was at 6 months 1 week, which I see through a lot of threads as being closer to the minimum time they are working to.

K1 Process:

NOA1 17 Sept 10

Touched 3 Oct 10

Placed Service Request 25 March 11

NOA2 4 April 11

Left NVC 15 April 11

Packet 3 letter dated 19 April 11

Packet 3 response sent 6 May 11

Interview 26 May 11

K1 received 1 June 11

Entered US 26 June 11

Married 6 August 11

My fiance was able to put service request on 25th as well, and was told to wait another 30 days. *standard BS* We are at 6 months 2 weeks now and still heard nothing... :hehe:

Its crazy cause people from CSC with the same NOA1 already got approved 4 interview and waiting for their visas. SERIOUSLY !!!!!!!!!!
