I AM A US CITIZEN ,I AM MARRY IN MY COUNTRY OF ORIGIN BUT I FILLED FOR MY WIFE AS FIANCEE (K1)SOMEBODY SHOULD ADVISE ME WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THEY FOUND OUT THAT WE ARE MARRY AND FILLING K1

If they find out, you will get denied. You will also have a difficult time getting your wife here once they realized you lied. It's called fraud. Why not file CR1 instead? You don't want to risk never having your wife here do you? Besides, what do you have to gain from this? I belive CR1 is just as fast and cheaper.

You will be denied. Depending on how they find out, they may consider it material missrepresentation (ie lieing), and that would mean a lifetime ban for the foreigner and possibly a fine or even (unlikely) jail time for the USA.

Pull the K-1 now and petition correctly, for a CR=1 spousal visa.

You should withdraw the K1 petition NOW before they find out and charge you with fraud. Even if you did slip through now , if it ever comes to light your wife can be stripped of benefits and deports ( even if she is a USC when they find out ) Once you withdraw the K1 file for the correct visa

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

what i forgot to add is that on my naturalization certificate i put single, and filled for K1 even though back at home we are marry.

If this was a mistake then you should get it corrected. If you did this intentionally so that you would be able to file a K1 petition then you are guilty of immigration fraud. Your citizenship could be revoked and you could be deported.

Never ever lie to the US government.

Then you may be trying to commit visa fraud.......they CAN revoke your naturalization and deport you. Be very careful.
