I 've never thought I will say this: I HATE WEEKENDS ! And u know why? Because I know VSC is not working and my time increases and increases and increases...

I have no reasons to check VJ during the weekend but I still do maybe somebody forgot to update their timelines ... very sad ! Is there anybody who is checking VJ and uscis sites more than 3142314 times per day, because I do ?!

Every single day that goes by, brings us a day closer. But yes, I know it isn't nice that we can't see approvals in w/e, but it's not as though they should work 24/7. I'm happy with their... movement. :D In the meantime, I'm getting ready for the big step: moving with my love. :)

27 NOV 2019 - I-129F mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox

02 DEC 2019 - NOA1

23 MAR 2020 - NOA2

I think some adjudicators are taking files home over the weekend. Look at Monday: 23 approvals, many of which came in early in the day.

That tells me they are taking files home and entering the approvals on Monday mornings.

I hope they continue at this pace and not drop us like hot potatoes at some point, which is why I still recommend that everyone at or over 5 months call, e-mail, go Congressional, use all of your tools just to remind them that we are still out here and still watching.

Me thinks the director is feeling the pressure and wants to say "Oh we have NOOOO backlogs" when he goes begging for more $ in March so he's having those people authorized to work from home do so...that or the workers want to make up for any leave they had to take from the snow. Not many workers enjoy using leave so early in the year.

To be caught up by that interview date he will need to be done all of July, August and September and mid-way through October.

So, if Monday we will see much more petitions solved that would mean they DO work during the weekend ! I will watch that.

And Blob18 I really , really wish u are right ! I hope the average 170 days between NOAs will drop somehow. Any idea how to avoid checking my status ALL the time ?

Try to busy yourself. Don't rely on what the VJ timeline says as that is an estimate on VJ members only and is inaccurate. For the USCIS site, they rarely update it and really won't get any touches this late in. Pretty much just be strong and try to take it 1 day at a time. It was harder when Vermont wasn't doing jack, but now that they are it should get easier.

We discussed this in another topic. Use the search function before posting. The Service Centers are open 7 days a week. Voluntary overtime, not Mandatory.

I only have one Monday to go by so let's see what next Monday brings.

So far today there were only 3, but I am beginning to get the impression that they send the e-mails a day after the actual adjudicator work. That would explain why we got a bunch yesterday despite the snowstorm and only 3 today despite good weather. Let's see what Friday brings.

Lol, I know what you mean. I usually use the weekends to take a break from my visajourney.com/uscis.gov obsession. It helps keep me a little bit sane.

 If that is the case, you must hate holidays too. You must hate nights.

I feel your pain though as sometime I wished they worked like robots in a production factory nonstop.

Yesssssssss!! I hear ya! I dread weekends because I know it's 48 hours of no chance for NOA2. Next Wed is 6 months for us....so I have that 'could today be the day' complex going on
