Write NA or left Blank the non-applicable fields?

I am filling up the I-130 and related forms. I would like to know for the fields those are not applicable to me should be left blank or should I wrote NA on each such fields?

agree with the post above .. never leave it blank. For example if the applicant does not have a Alien # then you would write NONE .. the the question ask if the application is in the USA complete below.. and he/she isnt then you write N/A

The situation of the name is a good example. Obviously the question applies to you so put 'none'. If a question does not apply to you, then put NA

Correct, except officially it is N/A, not NA. At my wife's interview we seen one lady get sent to the end of the line for this.

"None" is an actual name in several languages. I recommend ---- when there's no middle name.

An example for None and N/A is for current spouse in a K1 case. The answer is applicable, so write NONE, making all other questions about the current spouse N/A.

How about for the second former spouse row if there is a first former spouse. None doesn't seem quite appropriate? Should I write "No Other?"

My wife has no middle name and as pushbrk said, "None" could be a perfectly valid middle name. I write "N/A". For all other fields I write "None" if the question makes sense in the context of our application (i.e. former spouses) and "N/A" if it doesn't (i.e. A#).

Haha, I guess I'm over-thinking it. It seemed perhaps wrong to write "None" on the second line if there was obviously a former spouse on the first line. I'll go with "None"
