Congrats. Call NVC and speak with tier one to see if they have a date scheduled. I would give it a week or two before making the first call...then call as much as your patience will allow. Oh, make sure to visit the web site for the embassy in beneficiary's country. Their sites usually contain the list of the documents that will be needed so you can start preparing all those now.

Not sure what your location is but I had to wait for my interview to be scheduled before I could book my medical. I needed to present the interview letter at the appointment.
