No, you didn't. And you answered Soffiya's similar question with more questions. And you had the nerve to keep on insisting that we give you a simple yes or no answer to a misleading question.

Again, WHAT IS YOUR AGENDA, SIR?

ETA: And schooled, yes. Maybe you missed Shal's post, you know the poster who actually has knowledge about Christians in Pakistan.

There was nothing "misleading" in regards to my question. It was black and white.

My agenda ? I'm posting an article that I deem news worthy for this forum.

And yes I read shals post..and if that's what you call getting "schooled", then I guess I have the meaning of the word "schooled" all wrong.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

You won't admit that your topic title is inaccurate? Of course not, you're dishonest. Just look at your thread history, yet you claim to have no agenda. Who are you kidding?

I can't imagine that you are genuinely wondering why there isn't more muslim participation in threads like this.

Then perhaps you are not very imaginative. But what participation there is pretty nutty. Just my opinion though but why on earth is the problem viewed as pointing out a mother and wife has been sentenced to death for blaspheme of Islam, but nothing is wrong with the actual fact of the matter? Seems like it would not be hard to say it is wrong no matter if you are or are not a Muslim.

I would be equally as bothered if this was a Muslim wife and mother condemned to death for blaspheme of Christianity, but to the best of my knowledge no such backwards Christian country exists at this time.

I can't tell if you're just being pedantic, or if you really are slow.

Your question was a straw man.

I will admit to the title being inaccurate. It should have been blunt and to the point. That enough would have been more than enough to catch peoples eye.

Dishonest ? Not hardly.

BTW thank you for posting my "thread history". Take a good look at those threads. Sickening about that woman in Iran isn't it?

Take a good look at those threads.

Why? What are you hoping that I would conclude from doing so?

Sickening about that woman in Iran isn't it?

Yes, it is.

To me, it seems that some people need to spend some time in silence or reflection. This used to be common. However, now it is mocked. Yet, I believe that is people would just turn off their TVs for a few years and quit reading this kinda newspaper garbage that they might, in turn, be able to read their own selves (heart).

Let the finger pointing begin...

In your previous post you sounded like this article was "garbage". Maybe I read it wrong. Let's try this again.

Do you think this article is garbage ?

She makes me remember the early Christians and how they were persecuted so severely and eventually became martyrs themselves. Their lives enriched our own when we reflect on them and even makes us realize how fortunate we are in our own lives. All I can do is say a prayer and hope her suffering and especially those of her family can be alleviated to any extent at all. God bless her.
