Hey did you guys see that our timelines shifted a month!!! Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between May 13, 2011 and June 15, 2011 it was April 13th for me when I first put my timeline in... :crying:

I'm not sure these timelines are accurate. Someone on forum said it's based on people who edit their timelines.

Some people don't edit after initial input of info

Mine went from

March 2 thru March 27

March 21 thru April 14th

Now it's

April 8 thru May 11th

timelines dont mean a thing...

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Keep the faith, everything works out for the very best

Let's hope they aren't lol I would be happy if the NOA2 was May or sooner....if it's later...that will suck we all want our SO's to be here before 2012!!! HURRY UP! lol Feb. 28th is my date of travel yay!!! but I will be there for the first three weeks of march boy am I gunna miss my daughter....but I havnt seen the hubby for 8 months!!! I think i deserve it...She is actually turning 2 today!!! Totally can't believe it...I keep thinking "He will be here next year for this and then he will never miss another birthday....*sigh*

Got my Wife added to my checking account and received her debit card today. My bank, USAA allowed her to fax the signed w-8 form and the signiture card. Many banks require your spouse to be in the US to sign the forms. This will help with proof of bonafide marriage for the NVC and interview stage.

Let's hope they aren't lol I would be happy if the NOA2 was May or sooner....if it's later...that will suck we all want our SO's to be here before 2012!!! My hubby's ticket is BOOKED he will be here March 5th until March 18th.. hopes it not too much longer after that he will be able to move here..

02/16/2011 - Touched

Got my Wife added to my checking account and received her debit card today. My bank, USAA allowed her to fax the signed w-8 form and the signiture card. Many banks require your spouse to be in the US to sign the forms. This will help with proof of bonafide marriage for the NVC and interview stage.

our case is still not showing on the website.. it's nearly 2 months for us now.. this waiting game is frustrating. Hubby will be here on March 24, hope NOA2 is on its way by then.. gosh,, I miss my hubby so much :(

October 2008 - we first met each other at work (Makati, Philippines)

February 2010 - we finally admitted that we are in love (yay!)

Mar 18-Apr 5, 2010 - hubby went to the Philippines for vacation to celebrate his birthday

March 31, 2010 - engagement day!! yay!!

August 21-29, 2010 - hubby went back again to PH for the wedding prep

October 19-November 2, 2010 - hubby arrived in PH for our wedding :)

October 23, 2010 - WEDDING DAY!!

I wouldn't worry too much about your case not showing on USCIS. Ours isn't either, it doesn't mean they are not working on them at all. Although 2 mos may be a bit short to check, but maybe in a couple weeks you might want to just call them. Have you seen this thread?

The announcement states that they "have transferred a large number of these Immediate Relative petitions back to our California Service Center to take advantage of resources currently available to immediately process these cases."

did you read that? I think it's great for the CSC to TSC people but really really bead news for us.... :crying:
