We mailed the AOS paperworks today.. I just wanna ask if how long will it take to get the approval? How long can I get the right to work?

If you filed K-1 and are now adjusting status, you are in the wrong forum :) Try the adjusting status from family-based visas above this one. Good luck.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

There still could be an interview though, even with a K1

Some K-1s get an interview, some don't. No guarantee either way.

As a K1 you may or may not have an interview. The chances are around 50/50 and depend on your local office. I'm in Iowa and did not have an interview. My friend in California did not have an interview, most K1's on here don't have interviews but occasionally they do.

** moved from "Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas" to "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" as you are adjusting from a K1 visa and this is the proper forum**
