Since that's not what he posted I'll go ahead and post it for you to review -

In that statement he's directly comparing the two wives and since Gary's wife is actually known to him - because Alla's picture is right there for all to see - it's not a theoretical comparison of "I find my wife more attractive" it is a "my wife is more attractive."

He further supported this position by implying the allure of RUB women was ineffective on him. That's two points of "my wife is more attractive than yours."

"You/I find". Read "You/I prefer"

If he said "my wife is more attractive" that would imply that not only he thinks his wife is more attractive, but some sort of consensus of opinion supports that statement.

He's right to call you on your reading comprehension.

Posting pictures on a site like Facebook so family and friends can see them is one thing completely apart from asking someone to post pictures of their wife to a bunch of annonymous people on the internet on a popular forum.
