here is a pic of the last loaf bread I made using the cream cheese recipe... it didn't last long...

Mai Tai:

1 oz Gold Rum

1 oz Dark rum

1 oz Triple Sec

1/2 oz Lime juice

1/2 oz Orgeat syrup

Pineapple and maraschino cherries to garnish.

Shake all but the dark rum over ice and strain into a highball glass with ice.

Float the dark rum over the top..

Add garnish and enjoy...

While I'm at it, recipe for the best gooseberry fool ever. Gooseberries are impossible to source here, so I use tinned or substitute raspberries. Fresh Gooseberries in Houston, when it's 'The Season'. Maybe need to find Houston Friend? let me know when you find a Houston friend, I'll divulge market name. These are grown in Texas, trucked into Houston markets. Is not common, but I found them 4 years ago, then tracked the growers.
