Hello all, I sent my I751 this week, check was cashed yesterday.

I got a little bit worried when I see that some people have received reminder letter from USCIS.

I have never received anything....I remember in our interview the officer told us that we would not receive anything to remind us, and made us sign a paper...

Why USCIS would send for some and not to everybody?

Did anybody else NOT receive this reminder???

Question: are any of you sending a copy of your marriage license or passeport?

It doesn't seem required and obviously USCIS only needs things they haven't seen yet, but I just wanted to make sure.

I got a little bit worried when I see that some people have received reminder letter from USCIS.

I have never received anything....I remember in our interview the officer told us that we would not receive anything to remind us, and made us sign a paper...

Did anybody else NOT receive this reminder???

Receiving this notice is more of an exeption I think. I have no clue why they even send it since they enforce it that they don't send one.

Don't worry about not receiving one. Receiving it or not won't make any difference in your case.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!
