Hi Everyone! I'll be sending mine hopefully this week, still preparing for my documents. Is it ok, if I file it a little bit late? my 90 days was last April 11 but I was out of the country and just arrived a few days ago... So, now I'm prepring for it the best that I can. Has any of you submitted an affidavit sworned by your friends? Please help. Thanks.

It is ok to file late but it stated on the I-751 instructions that " FAILURE TO FILE BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE MAY BE EXCUSED IF YOU DEMONSTRATE WHEN YOU SUBMIT THE APPLICATION THAT THE DELAY WAS DUE TO EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND YOUR CONTROL, AND THAT THE LENGTH OF THE DELAY WAS REASONABLE"...

You meant your 90 day window has opened (started) on 4/11, right?

There is no hurry. Take your time to prepare good!!

As for affidavits from friends, I didn't submit and got approvedsmile.gif .

I have a question that may sound stupid but I saw a scan of I-751 NOA here in vj's gallery, it was dated 2006 and it was quite different from what I had received. I was also thinking that they might have revised it but just wanna make sure..Did you guys received the same NOA?

It doesnt look like April has been a busy month there (yet) heres hoping i get a speedy processing.. Im a little worried because my expiration date is june 17.. i totally forgot about the ROC because i didnt get a reminder in the mail lol..
