The I-129F is a bit confusing. My guess is that they just need the information for those items. The good news is that you'll be getting your NOA2 in the near future after you've submitted the data they need; I don't think there's anything to worry about.

Hey Kenny - I got the RFE email on a Wednesday and it arrived in the letterbox on Monday so under a week

Latest emailed received from USCIS reads:

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On June 17, 2010, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

So yay very happy that the RFE was dealt with so quick and the case processing is no longer suspended. So to whoever do get RFE's remember its not the end of the world Now back to waiting for that NOA2.

Since everyone here filed around the same time I did, I have a question: Did anyone's NOA1 include the beneficiary's DOB and Country of Birth?

It's only that I saw elsewhere that someone else's NOA1 included this info and now I'm starting wonder if I really received an NOA1 back in April. Most likely, only the form has changed sometime in the last 2 months and it's a case of "101 things that could happen" running through my mind but I want to be sure.

Our case was touched today but no change in notification - so back to waiting for that NOA2.

I've decided today to head down to the local Police Station and order my police check and get my fingerprints done After that all I need is for Ted to send through his support affidavit and corresponding papers (which he's doing next Monday) and getting the medical done (which I believe cant be booked until after NOA2).

I love being organised Now hurry up USCIS lol - hope everyone has a great week

I also received the NOA2 notification via text message and e-mail this evening! I can't believe this part of the process is over ... Things are beginning to pick up for April 2010 VSC filers! All the best to those awaiting their NOA2s; it's coming soon!
