Hi to everyone! Im a new member here, first of all, i want to to let everybody know that im not really good in english, but...i try my best and i wish everyone can understand me.

After i read some good information here, im happy to join and same time to ask help to anyone that have same expercience like my expercienced... for me it is better to prepare earlier and search information ealier than getting rush.

My fiance is start filling documents for our k1 visa...and of course im start feel nervious. After reading experciences those send to fraud prevention unit and put in AR i feel nervious.

This is my story why i felt worried and nervious, and thingking maybe the CO will put me in AR too...Is anyone here has same expercience like mine??? Im 36 and soon be 37 , my fiancee is 45 and soon be 46..we met online around febuary 2009, since then we start chatting everyday and we both found special happiness, he decided to meet me last april 2009 for 10 days, august 2009 for 11 days, nov 2009 for 12 days and he promise he go with me on the day of my interview.Well income of our evidence i can say we have enough like pictures, chat records, emails, cards, western union, package, and he send gift to my family. we talk telephone everyday, so sounds good. my fiance is devorce long ago and only one devorce in his life. he is alone and he is a business man.

The problem is mine, actually not a problem but maybe CAN CAUSE OF PROBLEM....because of my travel abroad, maybe can put me in AR, i been in uk for 5 months for tourist visa, almost every year i had stamp for hongkong trip, i had 5 trips just one week or two weeks per trips or vacation, i had been in thailand for 2 trips just for one week vacation, i had australian stamp that my passport last seen i australian embassy year 2008, ( im qualified for my visa application and only visa stamp need to my passport, i decided not to return my passport) I had cancellation of k1 visa petition, my ex met his ex gf, but it was happen after he received ''notice of receipt'', while we are waiting for approval or noa2 he met his ex gf and cancelled the petition, im still lucky because, it cancelled before the notice of approve. The lawyer who assist our k1, she said i dont need to write in in the form that i had k1 visa petition before, besides she said since maybe my name is in US database all i can do is to be honest. And now i go in next step for k1 visa petition soon, do you think those travel stamp in my passport can put me in AR??

I had US tourist visa denied also year 2007, coz of luck of family ties.

Well if anyone wondering how i can afford to travel ? Well i have own businesses. the second put me worried because im 37 and still single never married...please i need your help to answer my question, all your comment is very welcome .

I will let others answer your question about the travel stamps but I did want to state that you do need to state that you have had another K-1 petition applied for and that it was cancelled by the petitioner. There is a place on the application where they ask about any prior visas or immigration benefits so be sure you write yes, even though the petition was cancelled. If you don't mention this, immigration could say you were trying to lie to them and you don't want to give them any excuse to believe that. Your lawyer has given you bad advice here. Immigration will have a record of the petition and you need to tell them about it also.

Uhh, I don't know how the IO handles K1 visa holders but I'm thinking that your the TRAVEL stamps should be irrelevant and it should actually be to your advantage. I don't know with the visa denials stamp and how it affects your application or admission at the port of entry. I don't think you should be too worried as long you know your relationship is valid.

Sounds a bit complicated and that you've probably done the right thing in seeking a lawyer's advice. Most cases here do not need the legal services involved.

The many travel stamps on you passport should be irrelevant as has already been said. You could easily say it was related to business travel. It really shouldn't affect the decision.

As far as the K1 cancellations and such; that's more of the issue for experts like lawyers to deal with and at the CO/NVC level is probably handled case-by-case. I would imagine that you will have a little bit of a longer review time than normal, just because the background has more stories than the norm. The tourist visa denial is probably nothing to be too concerned about.

Good luck

Actually the lawyer is correct.

The I129F nor the G325 ask the beneficiary any questions about any previous visas.

And the DS 156 only asks about visa refusals.

Our journey together on this earth has come to an end.

I will see you one day again, my love.

I doubt that any of that is going to cause a problem for you. I had a previous K-1 and my wife also had a previous K-1. It didn't cause any problems with the intial K-1 filing other than I when we applied for AOS we were asked about it but all we had to do was explain.

I am sure lots of people have many passport stamps. My wife had done a lot of traveling and probably had stamps from 10 countries or more in her passport and had they looked at mine, I had to have pages added becasue I ran out of space.

I worried just like you when I was doing my K-1's. It's normal. You will be fine.

12/14/2006 Applied for K-1 with request for Waver for Multiple filings within 2 years.
Waiting - Waiting - Waiting
3/6 Called NVC file sent to Washington for "Administrative Review" Told to call back every few weeks. 7/6 Called NVC, A/R is finished, case on way to Moscow. YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/12 Tickets for her to America. I am flying to JFK to meet her there. 12/15/07 We are married. One year and a day after filling original K-1

I think I have clocked up 43 different countries.

They are really only interested in your previous trips to the US, I had to estimate the rest.

Assuming N Korea etc is not on the list.

I don't think you will have problems with the I-129F, but you may have problems during the interview process. In countries where visa fraud is a problem, the embassy frowns on visas that were denied. I know of a VJ member who's fiancee was denied her visa during the interview because 2 years ago she was denied a tourist visa. Just be honest when you complete your I-129F. You don't want to be banned for life from entering the U.S. because of visa fraud.

Good luck.

There must have been something else, that in itself is not a reason for denial.

Hi Kathryn41,

Thank you so much for your advice, yes im thinking many times, how come the lawyer in USA she advice me not to write the cancelled k1 petition in my form? It is okey or good idea to ask a letter from my ex fiance and to sent it to me so i can bring it during my interview, a letter of explanation how and why he cancelled his k1 petition to me, so i dont need much explantation during interview, because im sure the consule will fucos in my previous k1 visa and my denied tourist visa. thank you for your time.

Tourists stamps look really good actually. As long as you didn't overstay any visas and came back to your own country everytime, you should be fine. Just be honest and things will work out fine.
