I'm from the July NVC group but I HAVE to join this one because well, we're still in NVC. But it should be over by mid November. I'm hoping for no RFE's! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE. :)

I have a stupid question regarding the DS 3032. I am going to email AND snail-mail it and I'm just looking over it now. If I want to appoint my USC husband as the agent then I put in his name TWICE, right, after checking the first option? Or do I write I appoint MY HUSBAND on the first line and then on the next line I print his name John Smith?

Guess I'm here as well. Miss K and I have gotten so comfy in the dark corner of NVC that we've actually started decorating it. Pictures on the wall, a nice rug....chips & salsa

We just sent off what I hope is the last document needed before case complete.

Hi Bern :bonk:

Just a word of caution to the new NVC'rs. The NVC portion is pretty straightforward, I think, and you do have some control over the speed of things. But I think it's for that very reason that it is actually the most stressful part of the process thus far! Things happen quickly for some and not for others, so just because you see that somebody made it through in 20 days, don't assume that's going to happen for you. Otherwise, it can really get to you.

There seems to be an unexplainable delay sometimes, despite the older posts indicating that the NVC is really efficient. I think maybe they've become quite busy with the many recent approvals. Plus, we're calling them way too much, and I think perhaps some of them are just plain sick of us, and less apt to be friendly.

Hang on, it's sometimes a bumpy road, but we're all going to eventually make it through. And if it takes a while, have a seat in my and Miss K's dark corner. There's good peeps here.
