Check cashed on October 19th and still no NOAs. Mail just arrived today and no NOA. I called 800 number yesterday and they were less than helpful. I have been told different things when I call. I called to ask about a case number and they told me my wife needed to approve me to speak with them. I got her on the phone and they told me I needed to wait 30 days to call back before any information could be accessed on the database. I am getting concerned because they have cashed the check and still no NOA. I had this same problem in receiving the NOAs during the K1 process and had to call them 4 times until they told me they would resend the NOA. Any thoughts?

Visa type is a K1 (as you can probably see from my timeline) and I did send an I-693, which I had transcribed by the local CS (Dr. Michael Cobble, in Sandy,UT) for only $25, though they did make me go get a Hep B vaccine that the CS in Vancouver had checked off as "Not age appropriate".

Shenan.. Can you update your timeline on the signature part? Some NOA's arrive 1 week after they encashed the check. It really depends. Don't worry you'll be receiving the NOA's soon.

Hello again, thanks for all of your responses. I ended up paying 85.00 for the I-693. There were only 2 civil surgeons in Orlando and one of them only did the entire exam for 350.00 and the other charged 85.00, didnt have much of a choice. I hope to have this thing sent out by Wed or Thursday this week. I just cant wait to have the ball rolling finally.
