Simple answer really, make your own forum, with your own rules, and go for it.

I know a few people that did that very thing, and turned into the very censors they ran away from...

I agree the image in the OP is offensive - but mainly because it takes a serious historical event and trivialises it for the purposes of a quick laugh. History being used for the purposes of propaganda.

Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia are trotted out way too often in contexts that cannot possibly justify it - its just trite.

I agree...what the heck anyway with expats supposedly being for whatever everyone wants to say. I haven't look over there in a long time but it seems that didn't work well. Since some people lack any self control at all, there needs to be some controls if you(general public you) want a certain environment and if you don't want any rules here, I will call the waaaaambulance for you. Hah, that felt good.
