I called around, some civil surgeons in my area will not perform a Vaccination Proof only documentation on the I693.

The other places I have called require $85 ~~~ to sign off on the vaccination... is this amount too expensive?

How are all your K1 Fliers going about this?

That's pretty good rate compared to mine.

Life is not a granting factory, according to my colleague.

There is a Dr Arnold somewhere in Texas who does it cheaper than that..

I didnt use him though and had to pay slightly more than what they are asking from you.

If you are running out of time,i will suggest that you go for it and summit your application in time.

Goodluck

I used Dr. Arnold and paid $30.00. Everyone around here would only do it if they could do a medical exam as well and that ran from 200.00-250.00.

I paid $0 because I submitted the DS-3025 in lieu of the I-693 as my wife's vaccination history was sufficient for AOS at time of the visa medical.

I thought about doing that also but I keep reading of people getting letters for interview and stating bring I-693 if not previously submitted.

we got quoted prices from 100 to 1100 dollars; most doctors wouldnt just transcribe the medical stuff; they wanted to do a whole physical; bunch of thieves and scammers. We ended up sending the stuff to dr arnold in austin tx and paid the 30 dollars; matter of fact, we sent the 3025 in the AOS, and then we kept reading how people were asked for the 693 at the interview, and we got it done just in case; ended up not using it cause we got approved without interview.

YET!

I would get it filled out because the chance of you not receiving an RFE is slim to none.
