I am not a troll so please I need advice here. How would you feel if your husband EX wife wants to use his name again? What will happen if she uses his name again, I am the wife she is the EX. What she can do about it by using my husband name, I do have a son and I am the mother. :(

Well, if she never changed her name when they got divorced then I see no reason she shouldn't continue to use the name. If she took it when she married your husband, then it became her name too.

I think its okay for ex wifes to keep their ex husband,s name in situation where they had children. But i would be suspicous if she dropped it after divorce and suddenly wants to use it again. That is probably not your case,so relax and let be.

Why are you so worried about a name? It isn't anything to be insecure about.

Do they have children together?

Is there some reason you don't want her to have the same last name?

It wouldn't really bother me I guess.

If she changed her name during the divorce, she would need to do a formal name change, and your husband can fight the request in court. If she kept her married name after the divorce, then you are likely stuck.

In any event, you remain the wife!

Nothing to worry about or do. Why do you have to deal with her forever? And what does your son have to do with it? I thought you said you were his mom, so she shouldn't be in his life anyways.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
