People love to think everything is a hoax. That's a pretty elaborate and flawless hoax. The only things people say to "prove" it hasn't happened are completely out of their #### things and not facts.

And just because you don't understand how to get to the moon doesn't make it impossible.

to me with all i have seen on the conspiracies its seems it was a hoax.

and it is evidant from the history that human beings could only fly after a lot experimenting and trials and lsot lives too not to mention the money.

and they were going outside the world for the first time with no experience of how the outside of the world would like be.so to me its impossbile to conquest moon in very first attempt.

still who knows the truth except for the spacemen and others involved.

i have read somewhere to cover up they got many of them who were connected to event killed.

you need to read chuck yeager's biography. i met the guy many years ago and talked with him about his regret that he was unsuitable for participation in the program due to his age. he was the first man to leave the atmosphere and data his plane recorded was the basis for an empirical understanding of the engineering difficulties the space program would face. the entire program took 20 years to create, and was based in theoretical adn empirical science that is irrefutable.

on a related note, a few years ago china wanted to send a message to the world that they were not to be messed with. they wanted to show us that they could destroy surveilance and communications satelites with land based missiles. they fired 4 imssiles at a failed communications satelite the size of a schoolbus before hitting it. the next month an American submarine in the north pacific launched one missile at the energy cell of a much smaller satelite. their target was the size of a washing machine, and was hit on the first shot. if we can hit a washing machine with a missle, we can damned sure hit the moon.

So many conspiracies exist but isn't it easier to actually land on the Moon than to orchestrate such a massive conspiracy to fake such a landing? If not, I'll be surprised that the many, many people involved before in the moon landing project (scientists, astronauts, engineers, technicians, skilled laborers, govt.) were able to keep the secret a secret.

So yeah, not sure what to think.

This has always been my response to people who think it is a hoax. No question it would be easier to land on the moon than pull off such a hoax.

No offense, but are you saying Yuri Gregarin never made it into space? If the reason it seems it was a hoax is because we didn't have the the flight capabilities and this was the first attempt, then the Russians must have been pulling off a hoax as well. All our pre and post moon landing missions must have been hoaxes as well. How, then did we develop the technology to put a space station out there and to fly numerous shuttle missions? Or are those just a hoax as well?
