You should have been touched by now. If I were you, I would call the CSC and check progress. They may have just forgotten to update your online case status. Your RFE may be on the way, but a call may clarify things.

Don't worry though, that won't help.

Should I be worried ?? I havn't gotten any RFE or even touch!!! :(

My NOA1 was March 27. [/size]

Does it mean that CSC is processing the application that was original filed there and put all transfer files to the bottom of the pile..??? Anyway, congragulate to lybbylyn on receiving the RFE notice so soon...

This is great news that someone from CSC finally got an email notification - now we need someone to open their mailbox and actually have the RFE in their hands!

According to the senator's office here, transferred applications are not going to the bottom of the pile but are instead being handled in a "specialized manner" based on RFE return date and NOA1 date (from Nebraska). We were told that all RFEs were being sent out last Friday (not just those that originated at CSC) so hopefully this is correct.

WE have our case pending at CSC, and SATURDAY I recieved my RFE. I mailed it back yesterday. Since i am new to all this, i dont know if that s a good sign or not.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Did anyone received or touched by CSC regards to the RFE..?? Since the transfer, we r going nowhere with our application. Seems CSC is not moving at all... :(

My fiance received her RFE from CSC yesterday - 06-28-06. Our NOA1 date is 06-01-06, so this was way, way quicker than I expected. I realise that this is going to be VERY frustrating to those who were before us in the line, and my heart goes out to those of you still waiting, but at least it means things are on the move. Hopefully you'll receive yours soon, and you are getting towards the top of the pile for the rest of the processing. Hang in there!

I'm in the same boat as you...6/1 date as well and have already received and sent back the IMBRA RFE. Tough to say how these things are being or will be processed. God speed to all....

Our NOA1 date was Mar 15th and we got our RFE last week. My understanding was that everyone with NOA1 date after March 6th would get one. The only ones who are probably not going to are the ones submitting now with the new I-129F.

5 Aug 06 NOA2 after 143 days in CSC purgatory

20 Oct 06 Interview Date

16 Feb 07 Denial Letter received

12 Mar 07 Motion to reconsider submitted

10 Sep 07 Motion to Reconsider denied

9 May 08 Lisa and Married in United Kingdom

23 May 08 I-130 filed

Oct 08 NOA-2 received

May 7 09 Lisa's Interview I 601 filed

Hi, LittlePumkin:

Usually, RFE is for additional information if the original application has some problems, but at this special time when between 3/6/2006 and the day a new I-129F form is used, the govn't screwed us up, it gave us old form and then asked us for RFE so called IMBRA RFE. About 10000 RFEs would be sent out, and some of applicants like me are still waiting for.

You asked the operator if he/she was sure. I do not think that the operator knew that. Actually they are not sure.

Mar 21, 2006 - I-129F Sent to CSC

Mar 28, 2006 - I-129F NOA1 received

Jul 21, 2006 - Email from USCIS, the RFE received

Aug 31, 2006 - NOA2 Approved
