Still no luck in RFE for me.. :(

Did u checked with ur online status with USCIS site..?? CSC is known to be the slowest processing center among all. So, be patient, u should get it within two weeks the most (I predict). Good luck !!

K1 Timeline ---

03/06/2006 --- Mailed I-129F to NSC

03/09/2006 --- Received (NOA1) by mail

08/03/2006 --- APPROVED (OMG)

11/10/2006 --- Received Packet 3

12/14/2006 --- Received Packet 4

01/25/2007 --- Interview Passed

03/30/2007 --- Arrived US

AOS Timeline ---

05/23/2007 --- Mailed I-485 & I-765

06/01/2007 --- transfer to CSC

06/22/2007 --- Biometric Appointment

07/20/2007 --- AOS APPROVED without Interview

Now waiting for the GC !!!

They have been touching me like a madman the last 4 days. The status hasn't changed as of yet though. Makes you wonder what they are up to.

Still no luck in RFE for me..

I thought I was going to explode from stress this morning, not having received it either. It did finally arrive today though, preventing me from leaping out of my window. I am guess some of us are just on the slower side of the mail route.

I really hope yours arrives soon. I know how frustrating it is!

04/13/06 - I-129F mailed

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

Finally got an email today stating they sent the RFE on June23, but of course nothing in the mail today. :angry:

Good bet you will have it Wednesday (due to no mail on the 4th)

Got my fingers crossed for you.

Today is Friday July 7th, and no RFE yet, come on CSC!! :angry:

Well I got the RFE, but I think they were in too much of a hurry because they left out the blankity-blank questionnaire! It's been like squeezing blood from a turnip to get them to send me another one, too! Argh! CSC can bite my booty! :lol:

The questionair is generic. If you have the RFE page with all your info on it maybe someone can scan theirs and send it to you.

The questionair is generic. If you have the RFE page with all your info on it maybe someone can scan theirs and send it to you.

I did asked around to see if anyone had a blank one, but I think most folks were so anxious to get theirs returned, they didnt make any copies before they sent it off/ filled it out. So now Im emailing and calling CSC every five minutes begging for an RFE. When did our lives get the point when we actually begged for RFE's ??? :lol:
