ahhhhhhhh... Mr. Michael Aytes responded to me already...

===============================================

From: Aytes, Michael (michael.aytes@dhs.gov)

If you have them handy, it would be helpful to have the receipt numbers from the individual applications and petitions that you filed. That would facilitate our looking into the matter.

I am sorry if I placed your names out of rank order. Please, I need help on my case and everyone at immigration is not helping me. We have been waiting for our case for over 800 days now. I am a US Citizen who works for the Los Angeles Fire Dept (City of Los Angeles). I am sad that I cannot bring my wife over here, and I am having fights with my parents every day. They wanted to believe I can bring her here (and I know that it is not a right, but a privilege), but I am out of options. All my information is below for any and all to see and help me. I know that it is not your jurisdiction to help me (I tried contacting USCIS, DOS (Dept of State), NVC (National Visa Center), wrote letters to senators, congressmen). My wife's and my life together are in your hands. Being together is a blessing, and not taken for granted.

WOW!! that was fast. I hope he can assist you GOGO.

JUST GOT A TOUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 06/17/09 TOUCH TOUCH TOUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Well gang, that touch I got today, I think was from the Deputy Director looking at my case, I emailed him today, and kindly replied to me.

So maybe something will come of it, if not by July 8th for sure I was told. Its okay, atleast it is a target date, not anymore day by day thing.

I was very surprised he responded to me, actually impressed me, and as I stated, its okay, soon I will know and we will finish this nightmare.

Best wishes to all waiting with broken/lonely hearts. A feeling nobody should endure.

Beth

2 responses so far.. also because I went to lunch for about 2 hours so couldn't respond back.. haha, also he apologized too for not making a statement clear.. I thought he wanted my consulate number, but in fact he wanted my original petition number.. the WAC number..

===============================

"I’m sorry, guess I wasn’t very clear. When you originally filed the petition, did you file it with USCIS – or at Guangzhou? If you filed it with USCIS, you were sent a receipt. That would be helpful since you indicated the petition was at post, but they had requested our Los Angeles office review the matter."
