jeezy creezy Shon - its really been 10 months now..heck I knew it was long..didnt realise 10 months..

That sucks - try the senator again - mention you are contacting the media..then contact your local tv station or newspaper - see if they might pick it up - how you a USC are kept waiting on this for 10 months when some people (on student visas..we all know who) got approved in something like 3 weeks and he HAD to have had a name check!

If that doesn't work find someone vocal, politician type, who is up for election this year and could use your story to further their career - yeah its cynical but you want this moved forward - so see who you can dig up.

(F) Shonnie-Hang in there

Liefde is een bloem zo teer dat hij knakt bij de minste aanraking en zo sterk dat niets zijn groei in de weg staat

IK HOU VAN JOU, MARK

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Sorry that it's still going on!

Something I wonder, don't know if it's already been talked about elsewhere...have you considered going to visit him again? At least you could have a visit while waiting. Since you aren't sure when the review will be over, it seems like you should plan a visit to see eachother again soon.

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

You mean you're afraid that if you plan a visit, the review process might end soon after?

We had similar concerns when we were approaching a year apart, and a year since we filed the K-1. We had no idea how much longer we might have to wait for Lai's interview, and the time apart was wearing on us. We really couldn't afford for me to make a visit to Hong Kong, and then possibly a return trip soon after for Lai's interview and home trip, but we had reached the point where we really needed to see each other no matter the cost. Some friends of mine gave us an early wedding present to help us see each other: a check for $600! So, we began making plans for my visit. Before we had finished the plans, however, Lai got her NOA2, and then her interview date  We were able to schedule my visit around her interview. I still needed to return to Hong Kong to get her three and a half months after she got her visa, because there were a number of preparations for her trip to the US and the wedding that couldn't be done before she had the visa, but the money my friends gave us helped us afford the extra trip.

Hope things work well for you, in any case :star:
