Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

What the heck is this now ???? :bonk::bonk:

I want an approval :crying::crying:

Does anyone know what this ####### means ?

I suspect it just means the file has now been received at CSC and is now in their system. If you start to see multiple touches - think positive- approval may be on its' way shortly.

my kids petitions were transferred dec 22 . i wasnt expecting this because theirs was filed just at the end of sept.

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

We are seeing June, July and August filers getting transferred... I hope that means the pressure is lifting at VSC and they start approving the files left behind. This is so crazy that we have to wait sooooooooo long... Christmas was terrible without my husband.

I hope it is a busy week at VSC. I hope they update the processing times too.

Thats good news. Your NOA1 is 8-29. Good luck. I hope they process all the transfers as fast as they can and I hope VSC starts processing the files that are still there as fast as they can.

I think this will be a slow processing week. I'm sure all the VSC employees are home with THIER families.

Question for some of you. I know that if you register your email on the UCIS website and you see the last updated date you know you have been touched.. But I see on some people signatures that they touch their case more than one time in one day. How do you know they touched your case several times in one day?

First & foremost - Congratulations to all who are finally seeing some progress in their cases! You've waited, prayed and now its finally paying off & we're truly happy for you. (F)

Question: Does anyone know why other petitions are transfered EXCEPT K3's? Does anyone out there know if any K3's were transfered/ever transfered out of VSC as the backlog for these petitions continues to grow & progress for them remains stagnate.

We are K3 filers from June & folks after us are moving along in the process while many of us K3 still sit & wait. Does anyone know as to why this happens?

Again - NOT begruding anyones happiness cause everyone does deserve that ... I guess were feeling like the I-129F was a mistake and we were really mislead. :(
