FINALLY! After 5 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days we are APPROVED!

Hollis, my brother - join me in NVC

Hey guys !

Thanks for all the good wishes.

I'm so angry right now. I still haven't got the email that says that my case has now "resume processing". Called USCIS yesterday and they stated that they don't know if they recevied the RFE info !!!! What kind of ####### is this ????? I'm COMPLETELY CONVINCED that thesee agents only see information that we see online. I don't think they have direct access to our files.

BOTTOM LINE -- TOTALLY POINTLESS to call them....VJ gives way better information that them......that's the last time I will be contacting them.

The next time I call them will be to CANCEL the darn petition and have my spouse move to CANADA. :yes:

The package was signed for on the Feb 9th but according to the agent at USCIS, they dont know if it's there.

What a bunch of comedians......makes our politicians look good

Anyway, I keep you guys informed !!

Still haven't received the "case resume processing" as of today. Currently in the process of having a congress member inquiry done. Will keep everyone posted.
