:dance::dance::dance: My husband POE was on 11.25.08...After a week of MIA, am back at work to tell you about POE experience.

11.25.08 Habibi lands at JFK went through Immigration with no problems, they asked him like 3 questions, took like 15 mintues tops and were friendly.

Then the nightmare begins....Customs, he went to get his Luggage for customs Inspections = missing luggage :bonk: = missed connection :bonk: = Over night stay in New York :bonk: = delay departing fight by 1 hour = delay arrivaling fight 1 hour = Welcome to America :D

Finally on 11.26.08 @ 10:55am I saw him for the first time in almost 2 years.... WOW what an intense feeling :blush: !!! :dance:

Finally our Visa Journey is over!! :dance::dance: We are so so HAPPY!!!!!!!!

Next US Citizenship .... USCIS here he comes... OHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOO :bonk:

P.S. I received an email from CRIS last week stating that we were approved for our I-130 on 11.28.08, are they for reals :rofl::bonk::rofl:

10.20.08 - Visa Issued

11.25.08 - POE (JFK then SFO)

11.26.08 - Visa Journey is Over!! TOOK 737 DAYS....Habibi is Home!! :) :)

12.10.08 - Applied for SS Card

12.15.08 - Welcome Letter Received

12.17.08 - SS Card Received

12.26.08 - Green Card Received :)

Vaccination : Oct 1st 2008 , OK got 2 shots

New Interview date : Oct 21st 2008 VISA APPROVED AND ISSUED

POE at Phoenix : NOV 28th smooth

Receive Welcome letter and SSN : Dec 17th 2008

Green card received : Dec 22th 2008
